PP (Polypropylene) plastic balls are widely used in cosmetics rollers, medical equipment, environmental protection equipment, and other products.
Characteristics: Polypropylene plastic has the lowest density among general plastics and is a
milky-white high-crystalline polymer, non-toxic, and odorless.
Features: It has good mechanical properties, high rigidity, good wear resistance, and high
hardness. It exhibits good heat resistance but poor cold resistance. It is not water-absorbent and
has good chemical stability, although it is not resistant to sunlight and has poor thermal stability.
It is flammable and emits a petroleum odor when burned. It has good electrical insulation and
voltage resistance. Thin films are transparent, with poor permeability to air and water vapor. It is
suitable for molding films, fibers, and other products, although it has poor dyeing, printing, and
adhesion properties.
